According to Deifallah Haditha, the statues were to be returned to Jordan within two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhaifallah explained that &#8220;the terms of the restoration agreement stated that Jordan pays 300 thousand dollars to Britain in exchange for this.&#8221; And &#8220;It has been paid.&#8221; He added that the British Museum would be given two statues as a part of the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haditha explained that these monuments dated back to the Stone Age and were discovered in 1982 in Ain Ghazal area in Amman.
